Dear Fun Fit Dance Pilates Flow and Yoga Community,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to cancel all Fun Fit Dance & Yoga Tuesday 23rd April at the Harrow Bush Nursing Centre Pagew Bush Nursing Centre, and Pilates Flow classes Wednesday 24th April at the Balmoral Recreation Reservereation Centre scheduled for next week. (refer to email sent Friday 19th April).

Come and experience our new cardio equipment: rower, treadmill, recumbent bike, upright bike, Pilates reformer beds and more, including weights, exercise balls and bands. It’s not a class, it’s your own flexible session - pop-in your earphones, or chat with a friend.
**Not all equipment may be suitable for all participants. Tailored to individual needs. Not currently child-friendly. Shower available. Initial assessment needed prior to your first solo visit.
