I hope this message finds you all well.
I just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know about a change in our class schedule. Due to some personal circumstances, there will be no classes on Tuesday, April 30th, and Wednesday, May 1st.
But fear not! We'll be back in action on Tuesday, May 7th, for Dance and Yoga at Harrow Bush Nursing Centre. Plus, Pilates Flow will resume on Wednesday, May 8th, at Balmoral Bush Nursing Centre.
